We sell rakhis and gift hampers. Product images are illustrative; handcrafted items may show minor natural variations, which are part of their character and not defects.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where product or pricing information was listed in error; in such cases you will receive a full refund. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable store currency and may change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines, costs, and festival order deadlines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Refunds
Our products are seasonal and personal in nature. Please review our Return & Refund Policy, including the 24-hour window for reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

5. Accuracy of Information 
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including the recipient's delivery address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, designs, product photography, and branding, is the property of Bina Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bina Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
