While we do our best to dispatch on time, delivery by Raksha Bandhan cannot be guaranteed due to courier factors beyond our control — ordering early is the safest way to celebrate on time.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 2–3 business days in India and 4–6 business days in Canada & USA. Every order ships from a local warehouse — India orders from India, Canada & USA orders from Canada — so there are no customs duties.

India: free over ₹1,000, otherwise ₹80 flat. Canada & USA: free over $40, otherwise $8 flat.

Because rakhis and gift hampers are seasonal and personal in nature, they are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will issue a full refund after verification.
