At BINA, every rakhi and gift hamper is prepared for a specific festival moment. Because of the seasonal and personal nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
Rakhis are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift hampers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info.binastudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging. After verification, we will issue a full refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
